Most network multipurpose printers are very cost prohibitive and inaccessible to most, including myself. I was tired of scanning documents in the garage. Using a raspberry pi, buttons, and a HD44780 LCD, I created a simple scanner interface that allowed users to scan to a NAS or email with a usb scanner/printer.

Remote To Keyboard

My father has this home theater setup that used a rock64 and Kodi. The problem with it is one had to use a phone to control it, which is inconvenient and hard to use. Using an IR receiver and Arduino pro micro, I was able to repurpose an old remote control to function a keyboard.
